I have lectured in Art History, Art Education, Design, Visual Literacy, Drawing, Painting and Textiles. I have been an art judge and committee member of the Friends of the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery. I have written and presented 68 television shows on Art for Channel 31. While completing my Masters Degree in Illinois, I taught Art Education and frequently I spoke on Gifted Programs at conferences.

My recent practice focuses on landscape and still life, using mixed media including gouache, inks, acrylics and collage. I avoid photographic representation, preferring a more personal approach. To heighten a colour, to suggest, to depict a movement from the corner of the eye, are all ways to convey a sense of pleasure in reacting to my environment.
