Winner of sixteen art awards David Giles has
fifteen solo exhibitions to his name and has participated
in more than sixty group exhibitions including exhibitions
in New York, Sydney, Melbourne and throughout WA.
Giles' bold colourful abstract paintings are represented
in government, corporate and private collections all around
the world. David is also well known as a community artist
and exhibition curator.
David is currently artist in residence at Heathcote Arts
Studios and teaches part time for DADAA (Disability in the
arts, disadvantage in the arts Australia) and Challenger TAFE
Centre for Adult Education. Giles' first solo exhibition in
Sydney opens in July 2006.
