Heather was born in Perth and has been painting
since childhood. For several years she lived in Merredin were
she painted and exhibited consistently with the Merredin Fine
Arts Society, winning many prizes in this region.
Heather is a member of the ‘Collage Art Group’,
and has exhibited with them at Rottnest on several occasions.
She also belongs to “Connect 5” which is a group
of 5 women who meet on a regular basis and collaborate on
communal art pieces. They have had a successful exhibition
and will continue these on an annual basis giving a proportion
of the proceeds to charity.
Heather’s main interests are colour, shape, and form.
She paints large abstract colourful pieces in either oil or
acrylic and exhibits on a regular basis. She is involved in
art daily, and continues to be enthused by it.
